Stations add interest and action – something for the guest to do; delicious food is cooked fresh to order, on site, right in front of them. The stations are creatively decorated to go with any theme or decor. Some party venues may limit cooking “on site”, but we can work the station to suit most every place!
warm French crepes with your choice of sauteed mushrooms, chicken, ratatouille with Mornay or fresh tomato sauce
hot mashed potatoes just the way you like them, with cheeses, butter, bacon bits, gravy
fried rice stir-fried with your choice of vegetables, fresh ginger, cilantro, shrimp, pork or chicken
SOFT TACO STATION…
the chef will assemble your taco with beef, tequila chicken, cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa or sour cream (shrimp or grilled fish optional)
penne pasta with the sauce you want, choose from Marinara, Alfredo, Blackened Sauce with your choice of addtitional items……chicken, shrimp, sausage, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, tomatoes
the chef will cook you a fresh omelet with your choice of ham, cheese, onions, mushrooms or green peppers
SOUTHERN GRIT STATION…
fix them just the way you want with assorted cheeses, bacon bits, butter, shrimp and sage gravy
NEW ORLEANS STATION….
mini crab cakes, cooked to order, shrimp etouffe, Remoulade sauce and french bread
steak or chicken cooked and assembled with your choice of cheese, sour cream, guacamole and spicy salsa toppings
